Samsung Galaxy Note 3, smartwatch launching on September 4

We have reported a couple of times about the specification of the Note 3 and probable launch date earlier but, this one come right from the land of the South Korean electronics giant wherein it is claimed that the Note 3 is definitely landing on September 4.

According to a report on Asia Economic, the company is going to host an event in Berlin two days before the IFA event to announced the Note 2 successor. We haven’t heard anything from Samsung yet about the official dates but, we strongly believe that September is the time and IFA is the place to announce such a device to gain maximum coverage.

The report also claims that Samsung will be launching a smartwatch to compete the likes of Pebble and Sony’s wearable gadget. If this does happen, Samsung would be the second big brand to announce the wearable technology after Sony.

According to earlier reports the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be equipped with a 5.7-inch full HD display and will be putting in LCD display panel instead of an AMOLED panel. Further, we reported earlier about the possible processor the Note 3 will be packing. According to GFXbench benchmarks, a certain device – allegedly Note 3 – was spotted which was powered by the Snapdragon 2.3 GHz processor and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
