Powered by a 1.2GHz dual core processor the Tab 3 comes with a 7-inch display featuring 1024×600 resolution. Despite being an entry level tablet, Samsung has put in both a 3-MP rear and a 1.3-MP front facing camera. The Tab 3 will be available in two variants based on the amount of internal storage – 8GB and 16GB. Those looking to have more storage can always fit in a microSD card of upto 64GB.

Some of the other features of the tablet are Wi-Fi N connectivity, Bluetooth 3.0, 4,000 mAh battery, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean among others. Tab 3 Wi-Fi will be launched sometime in May and the 3G model will surface sometime in June. Region wise rollout dates haven’t been revealed so we will have to wait till Samsung throws some light on that.
