Apple’s 2013 Q2 Results to be Declared on April 23

The conference will start at 2 p.m. Pacific / 5 p.m. Eastern. An audio webcast of the entire program will be made available. Apple will be discussing the profit and revenue generated by the company during the second fiscal quarter from January to March. Tim Cook, CEO and Peter Oppenheimer, CFO of the company Apple will be declaring the results as well give an insight into the company’s next quarter result forecasts.

During the January-March quarter, fourth generation 128 GB version of the iPad was released by Apple and the period also witnessed a drop in MacBook Pro and MacBook Air line prices. The company also launched iPhone 5, latest iPad as well as iPad mini’s cellular version in China. A question on the company’s huge cash balance was also raised earlier this year. Though, no formal announcement on the matter has been made by the company yet.

In Apple’s last quarter conference, it was declared that the iPhone sales of the company during the holiday season had reached 47.8 million units witnessing a 29% hike year on year. The iPad sales reached to 22.9 million units with 48% growth year over year.
