On its Google+ post, the CyanogenMod team made the announcement, “Today we kick off the nightly builds of the CM10 Jelly Bean code branch, builds will show up later this evening.”
The custom ROM builds will require rooted Android devices. The team has announced that the ROM will be compatible with Samsung Galaxy S III variants, Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Nexus S, the Nexus 7, the Transformer and Transformer Prime and quite a few other devices.
The team has also said that other devices will get listed as and when their nightlies are ready. “Other devices will join the roster as they become ready and gain their maintainers blessing for nightlies”, the team said. The nightlies are available for download from here.
We would like to warn readers that using a custom ROM may render a device unusable and that it would be entirely at the user’s discretion. ParityNews.com doesn’t endorse or promote the usage of custom ROMs.
