The BlackBerry maker announced the new 4G LTE PlayBook tablet that according to the company will be having its sleek and ultra-portable form with features such as 32GB storage space, front and read HD camera, HDMI out, among other standard features.

David J. Smith, Executive Vice President, Mobile Computing at RIM while announcing the tablet said, “We’re excited to bring customers the first BlackBerry PlayBook tablet with support for 4G LTE networks.”

The tablet will be powered by the BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2 and will be made available through Canadian wireless providers staring Aug. 9. No pricing have been made available yet and neither any word on the exact dates for launch in the U.S. expect a promise that it will be up for grabs in the “coming months.”
